  • Ms Maryam

    WFY Founder | MHFA

I’m a millionaire… and no, I don’t mean I have a million in my account. Being a millionaire is about mindset - about how you value yourself, your life, and the world around you.

22 years ago, I graduated in Medicine, and later I completed my studies in Psychology. But I soon realised that people cannot truly heal with just one tablet. That’s when my deeper journey began - exploring psychosomatics, the powerful connection between our emotions, beliefs, and the health of our body.

My path of conscious growth began 8 years ago. Mentors, tutors, and inspirators appeared in my life - or I was guided to them - each helping me to evolve and expand my understanding of what it truly means to be human, and the limitless potential within our consciousness.

I’m passionate about continuous learning through courses, workshops, webinars, and self-development.

As a holistic therapist and counsellor with a background in medicine and psychology, I specialise in the mind–body connection and psychosomatics, helping people understand how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape their wellbeing.

Now, I share what I have learned, experienced, and discovered along this journey.

My aim is to support and guide people - to help them think, rethink their lives, search for their own answers, and rediscover themselves.

    To help them grow.

    To help them heal.

To help them become millionaires in mind, heart, and spirit.

    Sincerely,

    🌸 Maryam

  • Ms Hana

Operations & Volunteers Lead | CMHSV

I care about real human connection. I’m someone who listens and tries to understand how others are feeling on the inside. When things feel heavy, I try to be a steady presence. I value softness, sincerity, and empathy that doesn’t rush to solve everything, but simply allows someone to be where they are.

My faith guides the way I approach others, quietly and with respect for every story. I believe that compassion is an act of worship and that showing up for one another matters.

At We For You, I support our volunteers and help nurture the heart and rhythm of our community. I try to lead gently by being present and grounded. I remind myself and those around me that healing often happens in small and consistent moments, simply by being there.

Outside of this work, I continue learning and reflecting. I try to understand myself and the world more deeply, so I can show up with more honesty and care. Empathy isn’t just something I practice in one space. It’s the way I try to move through life.

For me, this is not just volunteering. It is a way of being with people, for the sake of Allah and for the quiet dignity of every person who reaches out.

  • Ms Huda

Quality Assurance & Compliance | CMHSV

I’m Huda — a Muslim woman who strives to live with balance, intention, and sincerity. My strength comes from faith, and Islam grounds me in every aspect of life. It reminds me to seek peace through trust in Allah, to act with purpose, and to find beauty in simplicity and gratitude. I try to grow each day through small, sincere actions — kindness, patience, and consistency — knowing that even the quietest efforts hold meaning when done for Allah’s sake.

I value peace and sincerity more than perfection. I believe in taking care of what Allah has entrusted me with — my family, my health, and my time — with ihsān (excellence). I find joy in reflection, learning, and nurturing — whether it’s through faith, wellness, or mindful living that honours the harmony between body and soul.

As the Quality Assurance and Compliance member for We for You, I am honoured to serve an organisation that reflects unity, empathy, and sincerity. My role allows me to uphold fairness, ensure trust, and contribute to maintaining the high standards that make We for You a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for everyone involved.

For me, We for You is more than a team — it’s a community of hearts working together for Allah’s pleasure, reminding each other to act with kindness, integrity, and hope.

  • Ms Khulood

Admin & Events Lead | CMHSV

I try to bring calm, warmth, and thoughtfulness into the spaces I’m part of. I naturally notice how people are feeling, even when little is said, and I try to offer steadiness rather than pressure. I care deeply about belonging, clarity, and creating an environment where people feel safe to show up as themselves.

My faith shapes the way I work. I try to listen before I act, to move with sincerity, and to treat every interaction as something entrusted to me. I believe care can be quiet, and that supporting others is a form of worship.

As the Admin and Events Lead at We for You, I help hold the structure and rhythm of the community. I work to keep things organised, make processes smoother, and support the team in turning ideas into things that actually happen. When planning events, I think about the feeling they leave behind: connection, ease, and being understood. I try to lead by being present and grounded, by showing up consistently, and by encouraging others to feel welcome in their place here too.

I see We for You continuing to grow as a recognised community platform. Not only in mental health support, but also in women’s wellness, self-development, couple support, and more as we grow. I hope to help build a presence that exists both online and in real, shared spaces where people can meet, learn, and feel held.

Outside my role, I am learning to trust my voice more. I am growing into a leader who speaks up when needed, trusts her instincts, and makes decisions with calm assurance.

For me, this work is more than tasks or planning. It is a way of being with people. To organise with care. To create space with intention. To serve with sincerity, for the sake of Allah, and for the quiet dignity of every heart that finds its way here.

  • Ms Danika

Finance & Marketing Lead | CMHSV

I’m Danika — a Muslim woman whose journey to Islam has been one of deep reflection, growth, and gratitude. As a revert, I’ve come to see faith not only as a way of life but as a source of strength, purpose, and compassion. My belief that everything we do should begin with sincere intention guides every decision I make, both personally and professionally. I strive to live by the values of honesty, kindness, and balance, always seeking to align my actions with the trust (amanah) that Allah has placed in me.

As the Finance & Marketing Lead for We For You, I am honoured to contribute to an organisation that embodies the principles of unity, empathy, and empowerment. My role allows me to combine my love for strategic thinking with my passion for learning and teaching others — ensuring that our financial stewardship reflects transparency and trust, while our message reaches and uplifts as many hearts as possible. Through thoughtful marketing and sustainable growth, I aim to help We For You remain a source of hope and support for those navigating their faith and life’s challenges.

My dream for We For You extends far beyond an organisation — I see it as a living community where other can find guidance, connection, and strength. I envision a space where faith meets action, and where other are reminded that they are never alone on their journey. With tawakkul (trust in Allah) and dedication, I hope to continue nurturing this vision — one that reflects the beauty of Islam, the power of compassion, and the importance of uplifting one another for the sake of Allah.

  • Ms Refiat Musa

    Community Wellbeing & Youth Activities

Hi, I’m Refiat — teacher by calling, gardener by passion, crocheter by stubborn self‑taught determination, and lifelong believer that kindness is a superpower worth flexing daily.

I spend my days helping others grow — whether that’s children discovering their spark, ladies stepping into their confidence, or the plants in my garden trying their best to survive my enthusiasm.

I’m powered by curiosity, gratitude, and (let’s be honest) chocolate, which is both my weakness and my love language. When I’m not teaching, crafting, or organising joyful events for children, you’ll probably find me running, crocheting something slightly wonky, or daydreaming about travelling the world — especially my future grand entrance onto the Orient Express.

I believe in lifting others up, sprinkling positivity like confetti, and reminding every woman I meet that she is capable of far more than she realises. My mission is simple: support, guide, and cheer on ladies until they see the Queen within themselves.

Every morning I open my eyes grateful to my Creator for another chance to grow, help, laugh, and shine.

“Positivity is a choice — and I choose it loudly, proudly, and daily.”

  • Ms Taskina Karim

    Women's Community Events & Wellbeing

I believe people deserve to be met with softness and understanding — that's the thread running through everything I do.

My involvement in women's wellbeing initiatives has taught me how much a well-run event and a genuinely caring conversation can change someone's day, or even their outlook. I bring strong event management and communication skills to this work, but honestly, what drives me is simpler than that: I care about people's mental health, and I want the spaces I help create to feel safe and human.

I'm drawn to collaborating with others who value empathy as much as impact. If that sounds like you, I'd love to connect.
