Salam Alaikum dear sisters. 🌸How are you feeling today?

I would love to personally invite your kids to join our fun online games at 12 o’clock (UK time) today! 🎉✨
These activities are being lovingly organised by the amazing sisters in our group -sisters who are volunteering their time, sharing their energy, and working to create something better, joyful, and uplifting for our children.
For me personally, it’s very important safe virtual environment and today kids meeting each other online in a safe space. Muslim children from around the world are connecting, and I truly hope everyone enjoys it.
Jazakalah khair to sisters who organising it.❤️🌸

Today is Day 20 – Emotional Detox Plan “Let Go of What You Can’t Control”

So much stress comes from trying to control what isn’t in our hands -people, outcomes, timing, the past.

Dear sisters, you are not meant to carry the world.
And as I always remind you:

🌸 “Don’t play Allah’s role. Don’t try to overcome Him. You are His servant -not His substitute.”

Real strength is in trusting, not controlling.
I reminding it very often to myself.

✨ So Today’s Task: The Control List

1. Make Two Columns:

🟠 Things I Can Control
🔵 Things I Cannot Control

Examples:

✅ I Can Control ❌ I Cannot
My intention How others behave
My duas When something happens
My tone The outcome of my effort
My energy People’s reactions

2. Now Let Go
Pick one thing you cannot control and say:

“Ya Allah, I leave this to You.”

Tear it up, delete it, or whisper it in sujood.
Let your heart breathe.

🕊️ Qur’an Reflection:

“*Put your trust in Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who rely upon Him.”*
(Surah Al-Imran 3:159)

Your mental health will begin to glow when you stop trying to control what’s not in your hands and simply let things be.

Sisters, we don’t need this luggage to carry anymore. It’s time to let go of the need to control and walk freely, with trust.

Wishing everyone a beautiful day.☀️
