Salam Alaikum dear sisters. How are you feeling today?
🌸 Day 26 – Emotional Detox Plan. Growing Self-Worth from the Inside Out
Your worth is not given by others, and it’s not lost when you mess up.
🪞 Self-worth is not the same as self-esteem. And people often mixing these 2 words.
• Self-esteem often depends on success, appearance, or performance.
• Self-worth is unconditional, it’s knowing you matter, even when you fail.
It is intrinsic, it lives within you simply because you exist.
🧠 Psychology says: people with a stable sense of self-worth are more emotionally resilient, experience less anxiety, and make healthier life choices, not because they’re perfect, but because they believe mistakes and other people don’t erase their value.
✨ Do 2 practices today to increase your self-worth.
📓 1. Journal. Yes, do it in writing. You’ll get more clarity.
“What makes me worthy, beyond what I do for others?”
Reflect:
• What do I value in myself when no one is watching?
• What makes me lovable, even on days I feel low?
• What strengths have helped me survive hard seasons?
✅ Tip from therapy: Use “I am” statements, not roles.
Examples:
• I am thoughtful
• I am deeply feeling
• I am honest
💬 2. Mirror Talk Exercise
Stand in front of a mirror, breathe, and gently look into your own eyes. Say loud:
“I am worthy of love, respect, and peace. I do not need to earn it, I already am it.”
🧠 Neuroscience fact: mirror affirmations rewire your brain. They form new pathways that slowly change how you see yourself.
It may feel awkward, but that’s a sign you’re growing.
Wishing you all the courage to find your self-worth again , because it’s your feminine strength, and no one can lower it or take it away.
Have a blessed Friday.🌸
