• Returns are not accepted for any shop purchases.
2. Refund Policy for Support Services
a) Individual or Couple Consultations
• Cooling-Off Period:
You are entitled to a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and the session has not commenced.
• After the Cooling-Off Period:
Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
b) Courses, Webinars, and Events
• Cooling-Off Period:
A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of purchase and the course/event has not started.
• After the Cooling-Off Period:
• No refunds will be provided for missed or partially attended sessions/events.
• If We for You cancels the course or event, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduling option.
3. Cancellation Policy
a) Support Sessions
• You may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
b) Courses, Webinars, and Events
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for credit towards future services.
4. Shop Purchases
• All purchases from our shop are final.
• Returns or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
• For missed or partially attended sessions, courses, or events.
• For digital materials that have been accessed or downloaded.
