By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. About Us
We For You World Ltd is a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16178497).
We provide educational and holistic wellbeing support services, including:
• Listening support
• Individual and couple wellbeing consultations
• Workshops, courses, lectures, and webinars
• Community and faith-sensitive educational initiatives
Services may be delivered by trained volunteers or wellbeing consultants acting under the authority of We For You World Ltd.
We are not a clinical, medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment provider.
2. Use of Funds
We For You World Ltd operates as a community-focused organisation.
All income generated through our services, courses, events, and shop is used to sustain and develop the organisation’s activities.
Any surplus funds are reinvested into:
• Educational programmes
• Community wellbeing initiatives
• Operational and administrative costs
• Service development and outreach
No profits are distributed to private individuals.
3. Nature and Scope of Services
All services are supportive, educational, and consultative in nature.
We do not:
• Diagnose mental health conditions
• Provide psychotherapy or psychiatric services
• Offer medical treatment
• Provide legal advice
• Issue formal religious rulings
Our services are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or emergency care.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
4. Volunteers Delivering Services
Some services may be delivered by trained volunteers operating under We For You World Ltd.
All volunteers:
• Operate within a defined scope of supportive guidance
• Do not provide clinical or medical treatment
• Are required to follow organisational safeguarding and confidentiality policies
• Are not authorised to provide emergency or crisis intervention
We For You retains oversight responsibility for volunteer-delivered services.
5. International Clients
Our services are provided from the United Kingdom and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Clients accessing services from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in their country of residence.
We do not guarantee that our services meet regulatory requirements in other jurisdictions.
We do not provide licensed clinical services in any country.
6. Crisis & Emergency Support
We For You does not provide emergency services.
If you are experiencing:
• Immediate danger
• Suicidal thoughts
• Risk of serious harm
• Medical emergency
You must contact:
• 999 (UK emergency services)
• NHS 111 (UK non-emergency advice)
• Your local emergency services if outside the UK
Volunteers and consultants are not emergency responders.
7. Booking & Payments
• All bookings must be made through our authorised website or platform.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
8. Refund Policy
Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
• You are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases where the service has not commenced.
• If the service begins within the 14-day period, cancellation rights are waived.
Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be provided for:
• Services that have commenced
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Digital downloads or one-off educational content
• Services purchased more than 14 days prior to refund request
Refunds in exceptional circumstances are granted at our sole discretion.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
By You
Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations are non-refundable.
By Us
If we must cancel, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.
10. Online Services & Communications
Where services are delivered via Zoom, WhatsApp, or other third-party platforms:
• We take reasonable steps to maintain privacy.
• We cannot guarantee absolute security of third-party platforms.
• Sessions are not recorded unless agreed in writing.
• Clients may not record sessions without written consent.
Written communications may form part of the professional record.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with:
• UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
• Data Protection Act 2018
All sessions and communications are treated as confidential.

Limits to Confidentiality
Confidentiality has legal limits. Information may be disclosed where:
• There are safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable person
• There is a serious risk of harm to you or others
• Disclosure is required by law, including lawful court orders, witness summons, police investigations, or statutory authority requests
• It is necessary to comply with UK legal obligations
Only relevant and legally required information will be disclosed.
We do not voluntarily share client information outside lawful or safeguarding obligations.
12. Safeguarding
We For You is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals.
Where safeguarding concerns arise, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with UK safeguarding law, including referral to relevant authorities.
All volunteers and consultants must follow organisational safeguarding procedures.
13. Client Responsibility
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:
• You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions
• You will seek appropriate professional or medical support where necessary
•You understand our services are supportive and not clinical treatment
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We For You World Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, educational materials, and course content are the intellectual property of We For You World Ltd.
Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
16. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:
• These Terms are breached
• Behaviour is abusive or inappropriate
• Services are misused
• Continued engagement poses safety or ethical concerns
17. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
